WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns.
If a product arrives damaged, or a manufacturing defect is identified, please send an email to high@pipedreams.co as soon as possible. Our care team will be able to provide a replacement, or help you redeem a manufacturing warranty in the case of defective electronics. Photo or video evidence of breakage or defect may be required.
